Siddheswarpur Sristee is progressing towards its vision, mission and goals. Following are the major areas where we will enhance our focus:-

• Capacity building trainings at more advanced levels.
  
• Establishment of Health Care Centers (Twenty bed hospital) in Abbotbad & Chakwal District.
  
• Awareness of education and health, through use of advertising material and media.
  
• Income generation ways through enterprise development and micro credit financing facilities etc. and their training to community.

Our sustainability plan

We will prepare an action- oriented sustainability plan once funds are received. It will make short plans with specific goals such as assigning tasks to staff, earmark budget etc that will help it in improving our NGO. We will build flexibility in how to utilize the funds. We will also secure small percentage of budget for sustainability activities which would ensure long- term viability and which would impact the NGO and its programs by helping our NGO to expand and improve.
